2. Products
Digital SaliQ provides NFC and QR-enabled cards that help businesses collect customer reviews efficiently. All cards are printed as per the customer’s design and specification.
3. Pricing
All prices listed are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing includes product cost and delivery unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed once full payment is received. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported payment gateways. And we Offer COD But Some Advance amount is Required.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order is processed. Delays due to courier services, holidays, or unforeseen issues are not our responsibility.
6. Return & Replacement Policy
Since each card is custom-made, returns and refunds are not allowed.
Replacements are only provided under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product.
The printed design is different from what was approved. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
7. Usage Policy
You agree not to misuse or illegally replicate our cards, branding, or service. You also agree not to falsely represent the cards as endorsed by Google.

The term “Google” is used only for identifying the purpose of the product (Google review collection).
We do not guarantee that customers will leave positive reviews. We only provide the technology to simplify the review process.
